Don’t forget to spend your FSA dollars. If you have not used all of your FSA dollars before the end of the plan year (December 31) or the date you are no longer eligible for the Plan/ leave Bloomin’ Brands, whichever comes first, you will forfeit any money left in your account. All claims incurred during the time you are eligible in that calendar year must be submitted for reimbursement no later than March 31. For example, if you were eligible for the entire year, January 1 – December 31, 2021, you would have until March 31, 2022 to make sure you have submitted to Wex all 2021 claims for reimbursement.
Use the Dependent Care FSA to pay for:

- Education expenses, such as nursery school for children not yet in kindergarten
- Day care expenses for children under 13
